Design Resources Estates is a Real Estate and Construction company in Ghana that has been in operation over some three decades. Our head office can be located at Dzorwulu, in the Greater Accra Region, just some few minutes drive from the Accra’s Airport. We are dealers of building materials, plus developmental projects; where we rent and sell residential and commercial properties all around Ghana. Our construction activities are primarily in the prime areas in the nation’s capital, thus, East Legon, Cantoments, Spintex, Dzorwulu, Airport, Tesano , and other suburbs of Accra; with the government affordable housing projects located at the outskirts of the city.
